Initial planning consultations are free of charge. An initial, once-off structuring fee on all funds placed under Citadel’s management applies only once you become a client.

An annual management fee applies quarterly in arrears, based on the value of your investments under management. It covers the close supervision of your portfolio, as well as the dynamic maintenance of your financial plan.

A performance fee applies only once your portfolio outperforms the benchmark (the South African Consumer Price Index), and after all service costs and income tax have been taken into account. This aligns our interests with those of our clients. The better you do, the better we do! All said, there is no lock-in strategy. You can terminate a mandate within 60 days’ written notice without any penalties.

Furthermore, Citadel does not earn commission. Any commissions are passed back to the client.
