Warrants are options issued by a third party who guarantees the conditions or terms of the options. They are listed on the relevant exchanges and entitle the holder to buy or sell a specific share, index or commodity at the exercise price of the warrant. They are also tradeable on the secondary markets of the relevant exchanges.
