Hennie joined Citadel in 1995 and has been instrumental in a number of Citadel’s new business and product development initiatives, including the establishment of Citadel’s range of offshore funds and an offshore advisory business in Guernsey. In July 2010 he relocated to Guernsey where he is currently the director responsible for Citadel’s Guernsey based businesses: Peregrine Guernsey Limited and Peregrine International Wealthcare Limited. Hennie is a Certified Financial Planner, holds an Honours degree in Mathematics and a Certificate in Actuarial Techniques. He has over 15 years’ experience of the mutual funds industry and has served on the boards of several companies and funds during this period.
SARAH LE GALLEZ
Sarah joined the Citadel team in May 2012 as Assistant Operations Manager. After studying at La Mare de Carteret Secondary School in Guernsey, she started her career in the healthcare sector, where she worked for just over two years. Sarah then moved to Credit Suisse as Assistant Vice President from 2000 to 2012, covering the administration and management of a variety of complex alternative investment fund structures. While working in the finance sector, she studied at the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) through the College of Further Education, completing the Team Leader Management, the Leadership Institute for Advanced Management and Management Essentials programmes.
Cobus joined Citadel in December 2010 as Financial Manager of the Group’s Guernsey office. He completed his B.Accounting degree at Stellenbosch in 2001. After completing his honours degree in 2003, he joined Loubser Du Plessis Inc., where he spent the next three years doing his audit articles and obtaining his CA qualification. In February 2006 he moved to Guernsey and joined Investec Trust where he headed up their client accounting team before moving to Citadel to manage all financial matters relating to the Guernsey office.
Senior Fund Administrator
Adelino joined the Peregrine Group in May 2017 as a Senior Fund Administrator. He obtained his B.Com accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2013 and, a year later, completed his honours in accounting. Thereafter, he lectured at the University of Johannesburg for a year before joining Ernst and Young (EY), where he completed his articles. Adelino qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. He was transferred internally to the Guernsey office of EY in 2017 and, on completion of this contract, joined Peregrine.
Harriet joined the Peregrine Group in August 2017 as an Administrator. After studying her GCSE’s at Blanchelande Girls’ College, followed by AS levels at the Grammar School, Harriet began her career in finance in 2008 with Louvre Group as an Assistant Administrator, where she worked for two years in both the Trust and Fund department. Whilst working at Louvre, she began studying towards the International Diploma in Financial Administration with the Guernsey Business School. Harriet then moved to Millennium Asset Management Limited as an Administrator in 2011 and worked with them until the Guernsey office was closed in 2014. Following a short break, she began working with a local law firm, Mourant Ozannes in January 2015 as a Senior Corporate Administrator, where she studied towards the ICSA Level 5 Diploma in Financial Administration.
Liam joined the Peregrine Group in October 2017 as a fund administrator in the Guernsey office. After completing his GCSE at Alcester High School and A-levels at Alcester Grammar School, he obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Business Economics from Leeds Beckett University in 2017. Following graduation, Liam began his career at NFU Mutual in National Intermediary Services as a Renewals Account Handler having previously worked for the organisation in 2015 and 2016 in administrative roles.
