Hennie joined Citadel in 1995 and has been instrumental in a number of Citadel’s new business and product development initiatives, including the establishment of Citadel’s range of offshore funds and an offshore advisory business in Guernsey. In July 2010 he relocated to Guernsey where he is currently the director responsible for Citadel’s Guernsey based businesses: Peregrine Guernsey Limited and Peregrine International Wealthcare Limited. Hennie is a Certified Financial Planner, holds an Honours degree in Mathematics and a Certificate in Actuarial Techniques. He has over 15 years’ experience of the mutual funds industry and has served on the boards of several companies and funds during this period.
SARAH LE GALLEZ
Sarah joined the Citadel team in May 2012 as Assistant Operations Manager. After studying at La Mare de Carteret Secondary School in Guernsey, she started her career in the healthcare sector, where she worked for just over two years. Sarah then moved to Credit Suisse as Assistant Vice President from 2000 to 2012, covering the administration and management of a variety of complex alternative investment fund structures. While working in the finance sector, she studied at the Institute for Leadership and Management (ILM) through the College of Further Education, completing the Team Leader Management, the Leadership Institute for Advanced Management and Management Essentials programmes.

Cobus joined Citadel in December 2010 as Financial Manager of the Group’s Guernsey office. He completed his B.Accounting degree at Stellenbosch in 2001. After completing his honours degree in 2003, he joined Loubser Du Plessis Inc., where he spent the next three years doing his audit articles and obtaining his CA qualification. In February 2006 he moved to Guernsey and joined Investec Trust where he headed up their client accounting team before moving to Citadel to manage all financial matters relating to the Guernsey office.

Jonathan joined Citadel in May 2011 as a Fund Administrator. After studying both GCSEs and A-Levels at The Grammar School Guernsey, he started full time employment for Credit Suisse (Guernsey) Limited, where he worked in their investment banking department for more than four years. From May 2007 to April 2011 he worked for Dominion Fund Management (Guernsey) Limited as a Fund Administrator, before joining Citadel. While working within the Finance Industry, Jonathan has studied with The Securities & Investment Institute and has obtained The Securities & Investment Institute Investment Administration Qualification (IAQ) and Certificate in Investment Management.
CISI CERTIFIED IN ADVANCED GLOBAL OPERATIONS
Emma joined the Citadel family in September 2016 as a Senior Administrator. Educated at The Ladies’ College in Guernsey, she has enjoyed a long and successful career in the investment sector. Emma embarked on her financial career in 1999 as a fund administrator at Butterfield Fund Services, where she worked for seven years. She then moved to London where she was part of investment management company Thames River Capital (part of the F&C Group) for six years. During this time she worked on a variety of funds including European equity, property, bonds and emerging market funds, before returning to Guernsey. Back on the English Channel islands she worked at Northern Trust (Guernsey) Limited on real estate funds and then spent three years at EI Sturdza Strategic Management Limited in the operations team covering a variety of European Union-based mutual funds (UCITS funds) employing a range of both vanilla and exotic instruments. While active in the industry Emma studied through the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments to gain an Advanced Certificate in Global Investment Operations.

Adelino joined the Peregrine Group in May 2017 as a Senior Fund Administrator. He obtained his B.Com accounting degree from the University of Johannesburg in 2013 and, a year later, completed his honours in accounting. Thereafter, he lectured at the University of Johannesburg for a year before joining Ernst and Young (EY), where he completed his articles. Adelino qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2016. He was transferred internally to the Guernsey office of EY in 2017 and, on completion of this contract, joined Peregrine.
